How It Works

The principle is to use the high-intensity focused shock wave energy generated by the shock wave generator to penetrate the surface of the skin into specific deep tissues, effectively stimulating the affected tissues and accelerating the growth of new blood vessels and blood circulation, and inducing a new inflammatory process, thereby awakening the self-repair function of the cells. In addition, the focused shock wave produces the effect of vaporized bubble explosion to destroy adhesions, scars, contractures, blockages, and even calcified or fibrotic soft tissues in the tendon injury area, which is commonly known as loosening the injured part of the body to stimulate the regrowth of soft tissue, accelerate blood circulation and promote recovery. At the same time, high-energy shock waves can stimulate pain nerve receptors, block the transmission of pain, and achieve the effect of immediate pain relief.

Product Features

Deep Penetration
lts strong penetration power enables deep tissues to be effectively treated as well, expanding the treatment range.

Intelligent Operation and Humanized Design
The handle (handpiece) is equipped with a 1.8-inch screen, making it easier to control and adjust on the handle, greatly improving the convenience and efficiency of operation.

15-inch Intelligent Digital Touch Screen
The machine is equipped with a 15-inch screen, making it easier to control and adjust the intensity, frequency, and intensity of impacts, greatly improving the convenience and efficiency of operation.

12 Treatment Modes
Targeted pain relief for shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, hamstrings, legs, knees, heels, Achilles tendons, and more. Press and hold a mode to view recommended parameters and use silicone pads, and adjust parameters to suit your needs.

Silent Wheels
Four silent wheels are cleverly integrated into the bottom of our therapy device. They are virtually silent when moved, ensuring minimal distraction for patients. The wheels also feature a built-in locking mechanism; during treatment, simply press the brake button to securely lock the device, ensuring flexible movement and stable operation.
Silicone Pad Probes Introduction
The penetration depth of our shockwave can be varied using the distance device “silicone pad”. Installing the distance device “silicone pad” allows precise adjustment of the focus depth to the target depth. The professional silicone pad has a variable focus depth and seven penetration depth settings, ranging from 4mm to 65mm.

- If there are noticeable changes in the material (discoloration, loss of gloss, cracks, bubbles), deformation in the joint area, or leakage, the pad should be replaced.
- Regularly inspect the surface for cracks and other damage. If any surface damage occurs, the silicone pad must be replaced.
- To enhance elasticity by producing collagen in the dermis and to achieve the effect of disrupting fat cell membranes, use a shallower gel pad for treatment.
The installation is shown in the figure below:

Working Handle Introduction

Our instrument is equipped with a working handle that can also adjust the working frequency and intensity at any time. The user touches and clicks the menu option key to control the switching back and forth of the frequency and intensity windows. When the desired window is switched to, the number turns blue, and you can click the plus and minus buttons to adjust the parameters.
Treatment Steps
1. Attach the bracket to the device.
2. Connect the handle to the handle socket on the rear of the device, align it, and insert it into the bracket.
3. Plug the power cord into the socket on the rear of the device, plug it in, and turn on the power switch. The device will start up.
4. Determine the treatment area by palpation. The treatment area should be marked in advance for precise positioning.
5. Positioning: Choose an appropriate position based on the treatment area, ensuring patient comfort and easy exposure to the treatment area.
6. Before treatment, replace the desired silicone pad probe, preset the parameters, and activate the device by clicking Start.
7. Apply an appropriate amount of gel coupling agent to the treatment area. Coupling agent allows for efficient and stable application of sound waves. Do not operate without a medium.
8. Once ready, place the shockwave silicone pad probe firmly against the treatment site and press the control button on the handle to initiate treatment.
9. Search for the trigger point by very slowly moving the treatment source and slightly changing the angle of application.
As shown in the figure:

① Lower the intensity; ② Increase the frequency (speed). The faster the speed, the lower the impact.

Recommended Parameters

- Intensity is not determined by location; we recommend treatment at an intensity that the patient can tolerate.
- Start with a low intensity setting of approximately 2-5 and adjust the intensity based on the patient’s feedback regarding the intensity of the pain.
- If no stimulation is felt, gradually increase the intensity. If the pain site is unidentified, you can experiment with penetration depth by replacing the gel pad.
Treatment Course
- Treatment interval: 3-7 days.
- Recommended treatment course: 4-5 sessions/course (depending on the patient’s condition and symptoms).
- The total number of treatments required varies by patient and condition. Most treatment plans are based on 4 to 5 sessions of 1500-2000 shock waves.
- Depending on individual conditions and symptoms, more treatments are recommended for optimal results. The duration and frequency of treatments can be adjusted based on individual needs.
System Interface Introduction

Startup Interface
After booting up, enter the startup interface, and click randomly to enter the working interface

Working Interface
- The shock counter records the total number of shockwaves.
- You can customize the number of shockwaves delivered by presetting them. Click the plus or minus buttons below to adjust.
- Frequency indicates the frequency of the shockwaves, ranging from 1-10Hz in increments of 1. Click [+] or [-] to adjust. The treatment frequency depends on individual tolerance and tissue response.
- Intensity ranges from 1-10Bar in increments of 1. Click [+] or [-] to adjust. Always start treatment at the lowest intensity and gradually increase it based on your comfort level.
- Select a site icon and press and hold it for 3 seconds to pop up a help window for that site. This window contains the recommended frequency, intensity, and number of treatments, as well as recommended silicone pads.

Contraindications
- Do not use if:
· Women should avoid treatment during menstruation, pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
· Patients with hemophilia or those receiving anticoagulant therapy.
· Thromboembolism.
· Growing children or individuals with immature bones.
· Surgical wounds, skin breaks and abrasions, open lacerations, acute inflammation, or infection at the treatment site are not suitable for treatment.
· Patients with contagious diseases or notifiable diseases are contraindicated.
· Use with caution in patients who have received corticosteroids or X-ray therapy in the past 6 weeks.
· Long-term use of steroids and those with liver dysfunction that may cause telangiectasia.
· Use with caution in patients with serious concurrent medical conditions, such as malignant tumors, cancer, epilepsy, uncontrolled hypertension, or polyneuropathy.
· Any unstable medical or psychiatric condition.
- Treatment should not be used on the following areas:
· Specific tissues: eyes and periocular area, myocardium, spinal cord, gonads (e.g., ovaries, testicles), kidneys, and liver.
· Areas of the body containing gas-containing organs and viscera (lungs and intestines) with localized air. Due to the aerobatic nature of shock waves, when used on the back (lung area), the depth must be less than 20mm.
· Areas near major nerve bundles, major blood vessels, arteries, the head, and neck.
· Areas of the body with sensory impairment.
· Any artificial implants (e.g., pacemakers, implanted defibrillators, or implanted neurostimulators).
